I specialize primarily in teaching grant writing, strategic planning and visioning, and working with intentional community development. I have been in non-profit management and intentional community development for 15 years. I also offer ReSurfacing, a belief management course to both individuals and organizations.
My BA is in muticultural gender studies, and my resume includes not only non-profit management, but lots of experience writing, and working with human consciousness as one aspect of improving community and organizational viability.
