Lt. Governor Diane Denish announced today that the Kellogg Foundation has awarded $400,000 to establish the New Mexico Office of Philanthropic Outreach in response to a proposal from the Lt. Governor’s Children’s Cabinet and the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
