Nicodemus Wilderness Project
The Foundation’s young donor group, the Future Fund, awarded a grant to the Apprentice Ecologist Initiative project sponsored by the Nicodemus Wilderness Project.
Nicodemus educates the public about the importance of protecting the wild lands and waters.
The Future Funds grant was for the Apprentice Ecologist Initiative which works to elevate disadvantaged kids and teens into leadership roles by engaging them in environmental cleanup and habitat restorations projects. 75 youth volunteers are participating in the program.
