Global Opportunities
Global Opportunities received a grant for $2,235 for the Beginners Fishing Program.
The grant allowed 80 disabled children accompanied by their families to experience a day of fishing at Sandia Lakes.
The experience not only provides the children an opportunity to experience the outdoor life the Land of Enchantment is famous for, it also helps stimulate and develop motor, coordination, communication and social interaction skills.
