Cuidando Los Niños
Giving those in need a helping hand.
One of five organizations of its kind in the U.S., Cuidando Los Niños provides daily services for 110 homeless children and their families. The services include developmental assessments, individualized curriculum, meals, therapeutic and medical care for the children and their parents, and transportation to and from the center. Education and goal setting classes for parents focus on overcoming the factors that caused their homelessness. This all-encompassing program provides a real opportunity for families to grow, learn, and become self-sufficient.
