72 Students Celebrate Financial Aid Help

Albuquerque Community Foundation recently awarded $101,175 in college financial aid to 72 New Mexico students. This year’s awards include two, $2,000 awards from the Notah Begay III Scholarship Endowment Fund established in 1999 to assist Native American scholar athletes and three, $4,000 awards from the Woodcock Family Education Fund established in 1993 to recognize strong math and science students. The Community Foundation awards financial aid from nine scholarship funds annually to students pursing higher education.
